Japan Super GT
|
|
Second visit to Sepang Race Circuit with Hang Mayel, This time the Japan Super GT. This event is much better than the Formula 1 with ticket price is only RM150 for the grand stand compare with RM1500 during the F1 race ( cut throat and with lousy circuit bus services ). Shoot many race car and race queen ( a must for Super GT) and can't have enought of it. It's just great outing.

Malaysian Cheer 2007 - Bukit Jalil
|
|
Another photo outing with Hang Mayel at Bukit Jalil Indoor Stadium. It's an eventful Cheerleader 2007competition.. emm the Malaysian Version. With plenty to shoot at, and again since it was indoor, lighting is a challenge. This time it’s different - I'am equipped with a brand new 80-200 mm 2.8 lens.

Kuala Lumpur Dance Festival

Despite the "Banjir" experience, manage to go to the KL Dance Festival at Berjaya Times Square for a quick snap and go. It is an existing expereince since contestant from all over the world taking part in this contest. Lighting is very challenging and with my 18-200 VR and its small aperture opening = its not helping at all. I need the 80-200 mm 2.8......Aaaaahhhhhhh

Banjir....
|

Saturday, 9 June 2007. Wakeup in the morning around 10.00 am ( missed my Subuh Prayer again). Put my foot down .. water everywhere. I thought I was dreaming, walk around, water filled up the whole floor at my apartment at Darby Park. This cant be true..went to the bathroom and saw a bursting pipe and the drainage blocked. Aaaahhhhh... call up the receptionist and inform them about the situation. When they arrive.. first thing they say.. " Fuuuu Yooooo". They cant beleive thier eyes. They move me to another room - 2 floor up. The hardest thing is " packing up " all my belongings. Thank You to Darby Park Staff for quick action....sorry about the "Banjir"

Melaka Photo Outing
|
|
Went to Melaka with Raden using his sister Kenari. Departed around 9:00 am and after a few stop at the "Tempat Persinggahan" we finally reach Melaka around 11:30. Park the car near the Red building ( forgot what's the name of this place ). We tried the Beca ride and it cost around Rm 40 pre hour. The sad thing is that the Beca guys tried to cheat us and wanted to charge Rm 40 for just about half an hour ride ( most of the time they are waiting for us taking photograph !!). I settle for Rm 50 for two beca. Other than that our outing in Malaka is a memorable one.... Thanks to Raden for this visit.. he drives all the way.. and I slept most of time.. heh heh heh.. Next outing Terengganu...

KL KLCC Outing
|
|
Went out with colleques from Miri on a one night photo outing at KLCC - Mayel ( with his camera left in Miri), Piyan, Ken ( with his new D80 camera) and Myself. It's a fun photo night except for Mayel who refuse to use my olympus point and shoot camera.
Piyan : Ken, Do you think I can climb that Petonas tower like the Spider Man...,,,

Genting Highland
|
|
Went to genting Highland with friends. This is my fouth visit to this nice and cool place. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adult alike. But this entertinment is for "show" only. Main reason people comes here is becouse of its CASINO. Car park is full - but rarely sea any people around the games area - they could be in the Gambling Zone.....
